Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These terms of business regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the provider (Miroslav Poledna, Reg. No: 17709750) and the client regarding software development, web solutions, and the use of the client zone.
2. Provision of Services
Services are provided based on an individual quote or a contract for work. The scope of work, deadlines, and remuneration are always agreed upon in writing. Selected projects include access to a private client zone for progress tracking and log records.
3. Client Zone
Registration (via Clerk) is required to access the client zone. The client is obliged to keep login details secret. The client zone provides information about projects, uploaded files (stored via Convex), and reports. Uploading malicious files to the infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
4. Copyright
Unless agreed otherwise, economic copyrights to the created work are transferred to the client at the moment the agreed remuneration is fully paid. The provider reserves the right to present the work in their portfolio.
5. Final Provisions
Relations not covered by these conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to change these terms in the future, of which clients will be informed.
